Sun-Ripened. Gently Spiced.
Peach Ginger Artisan Syrup
Peach Ginger Artisan Syrup
Fruity. Soft Spice. Round.
Keep this one close. Peach Ginger has plans.
It starts innocently enough: ripe peach, fragrant and generous. Then the black tea steps in, ginger follows, and suddenly the bottle that was destined for one particular thing has found itself invited to breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail hour, and dessert.
Some flavours know their place.
This one likes to wander.
Make it part of your ritual. Choose a rhythm that suits your pace.

The Artisan Standard
Concentrated by Design: A teaspoon or two is enough to transform your cup, glass, or dessert. Where many syrups call for a tablespoon or more per serving, our artisan syrups are made to deliver their flavour in a much smaller measure.
One bottle. Up to 48 servings. Based on 1 teaspoon per serving.

The Art of the Slow Steep
The peach arrives first ... of course, it does.
Ripe, fragrant, and beautifully full of itself. It fills the palate with unmistakable peach before the ginger begins to make itself known. Not heat; warmth. Not sharpness; a soft spice that gives the fruit somewhere deeper to go.
White tea quietly holds it all together, adding depth. The result is round, aromatic, and surprisingly composed for a flavour that feels so carefree.
Peachy at heart. Gently spiced. Rather difficult to put down.

The Tea
The Breakfast Peach: Begin with Cove Tea's English Breakfast tea, and let Peach Ginger take it somewhere sunnier. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon. It is breakfast tea with a little wanderlust.
-
The Mocktail
The Peppered Peach: Fill a glass with ice. Add Peach Ginger, fresh lemon, and sparkling water, then finish with a few turns of freshly cracked black pepper. The pepper changes the conversation entirely; suddenly, the peach feels brighter, the ginger a little more intriguing, and afternoon has become considerably more interesting.
-
The Cocktail
The Peach Rye Sour: Rye brings the depth. Lemon brings the brightness. Peach Ginger ties the two together with ripe fruit, ginger, and just enough warmth to make the whole thing sing. Shake well. Pour over ice. Take your time with this one.

The Culinary Escapade
The Sourdough Peach Burrata: Spoon burrata onto a plate. Add a few ribbons of prosciutto, torn basil, and grilled bread, then drizzle with Peach Ginger and finish with freshly cracked black pepper. Sweet, creamy, savoury, warm, bright; suddenly, the syrup you thought belonged beside your teapot has found its way to the table.
