Ruby Bright. Tartly Tempting.
Sweet Hibiscus Artisan Syrup
Sweet Hibiscus Artisan Syrup
Tasting Notes: Fruity. Tart. Round.
Go ahead. Pour another.
Sweet Hibiscus has a rather irresistible way of brightening things up. Lively, luscious, and beautifully tart, it is bursting with fruity flavour and a touch of nostalgia. The first pour is wonderfully simple; the second is where the possibilities begin...
A little colour. A little tartness. A great deal of temptation.
Make it part of your ritual. Choose a rhythm that suits your pace.

The Artisan Standard
Concentrated by Design: A teaspoon or two is enough to transform your cup, glass, or dessert. Where many syrups call for a tablespoon or more per serving, our artisan syrups are made to deliver their flavour in a much smaller measure.
One bottle. Up to 48 servings. Based on 1 teaspoon per serving.

The Art of the Slow Steep
Hibiscus knows how to make an entrance.
That first taste is unmistakably bright: tart, fruity, and almost juicy on the palate. Then comes the softer side, where the sweetness rounds the edges and lemongrass leaves everything feeling lifted rather than sharp. The finish is full, lingering, desired.
Fruity. Tart. Round. A combination that keeps the palate curious, and the glass never seems to stay full for long.

The Tea
The Tea Flight: Black, green, or white; Sweet Hibiscus has a different little secret to reveal in each. Brew, chill, add a teaspoon or two, and decide which one makes you want another glass.
-
The Mocktail
Pink Lemonade: Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Sweet Hibiscus, and plenty of ice; a childhood memory filled with joy. Adding bubbles is always a good idea.
-
The Cocktail
The Ruby Royale: Sweet Hibiscus, gin, fresh lemon, and sparkling wine. A ruby red cocktail with just enough tartness to keep the evening interesting.

The Culinary Escapade
Sweet Glazed Carrots: Roasted carrots glazed with Sweet Hibiscus, served over whipped feta and finished with pistachios. A little sweet, a little savoury, beautifully tart, and entirely unexpected.

Elsewhere in the Collection

Love this syrup!! It went with every drink we paired it with from fruit slushes to sparkling water! Thank you 😊
